Certain information is helpful before calling. Please open clock from the back or side access panel and locate the mechanical movement mounted inside the clock case.

On the back brass plate of the mechanical movement you will find numbers stamped or engraved in the brass plate. Please write down any and all numbers you see on the back plate to give to us so we may assist you with your clock. If it is hard to see the numbers you might want to use a flash light and mirror to view the back movement plate better.

The information we need can only be found on the rear back plate of the mechanism inside the clock.
